Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across all major European countries including Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and other European nations. Delivery is also available to remote and island areas across Europe.
Shipping Charges
We offer FREE delivery on all orders above €199 to most European destinations. For orders below this amount, standard shipping starts from €10 depending on your location. For international and remote European destinations, a flat shipping rate of €30–€50 applies regardless of order value.
Express Delivery
Express delivery is available across most European locations for an additional fee of €15–€25 depending on your region. Express orders are prioritized and delivered within 1–3 business days for most locations.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for European and international orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next available business day.

Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier-related issues. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take an additional 2–3 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Peak Season Delays
During major sales events, holiday seasons (Christmas, New Year, Black Friday), or promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend placing your orders in advance during these periods to avoid any inconvenience.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. Asvara Studio is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status. You can track your order directly through the courier's website using the tracking number provided. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all original packaging as it may be required for any claims.
