Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Asvara Studio, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your Cotton Bed Sheets, Fitted Bed Sheets, Luxury Bed Sheets, and Printed Bed Sheets. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our full Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.
- The item is not marked as a final sale, clearance, or non-returnable product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been used, washed, or laundered.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or negligence by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing tags.
- Customised or personalised bed sheet orders.
- Items purchased during special clearance or final sale events.
- Gift cards or store credit vouchers.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via email at info@asvarastudio.store or by phone at +351 920 478 433.
- Step 2: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Step 3: Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Step 5: Share the return tracking number with us via email so we can monitor the shipment.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Asvara Studio will cover the full return shipping cost.
- Change of Mind Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Asvara Studio is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal).
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and approving the returned item.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
- Minimum refund processing time: 15 days from the date we receive your return.
- Maximum refund processing time: 30 days from the date we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

7. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted:
- Items returned with minor signs of use or handling beyond what is needed to inspect the product.
- Items returned without all original packaging but otherwise in acceptable condition.
- Items that are part of a bundle or set where only a portion of the order is returned.
8. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong product. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or design, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit.
- Exchange shipping costs follow the same policy as return shipping costs outlined above.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free return, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may still be considered at our discretion.
10. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. Here is our cancellation policy:
a) Cancellation Before Dispatch
- You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
- To cancel, contact us immediately at info@asvarastudio.store or call +351 920 478 433 with your order number.
- If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
b) Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the delivery and then initiate a return as per our Return Policy above.
- Return shipping costs for post-dispatch cancellations are the responsibility of the customer.

11. Store Credit
As an alternative to a refund, we may offer store credit valid for use on future purchases at asvarastudio.store. Store credit is issued within 3–5 business days of return approval and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
12. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account or PayPal account again.
- Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.
- If you have done the above and still have not received your refund after 30 days, please contact us at info@asvarastudio.store and we will investigate immediately.
