All prices on our website are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
  • We accept payment via major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Cash on Delivery is not available for European and international orders.
  • All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Asvara Studio does not store your payment card details.
  • In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify the customer as soon as possible with the option to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund.
  • Promotional discounts and coupon codes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to specific terms. Only one discount or promotional code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

7. Order Placement & Confirmation

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is not confirmed until you receive an official order confirmation email from Asvara Studio.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders where there is a suspicion of fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.
  • Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be modified.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive email updates regarding your order status, including dispatch confirmation and tracking information.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Asvara Studio delivers across Europe and international destinations. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above €199 to most European destinations.
  • Standard Shipping: From €10 for orders below €199 depending on location.
  • Express Shipping: Available for €15–€25 depending on your region.
  • International Shipping: Flat rate of €30–€50 for remote and non-standard European destinations.
  • Estimated delivery times range from 3 to 12 business days depending on your location.
  • We ship via DHL, DPD, GLS, PostNL, and local courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Asvara Studio is not liable for delays caused by courier issues, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. For full shipping details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund terms are as follows:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed within 15–30 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement if not yet dispatched.
  • Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or fully refunded at no cost to the customer.
